You can download the latest Fusion software and firmware updates directly from our 'Support' page. Ensure your device is connected via USB cable during the update process for stability.
What is your return policy for gaming peripherals?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to opened items.
Do Pulsar products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Pulsar hardware products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Are your mice compatible with both Windows and macOS?
Our hardware is plug-and-play compatible with both Windows and macOS. However, the dedicated configuration software is currently only available for Windows operating systems.
